I wanted to send a big thank you to Matt and Nicola at the Bristol branch. My wife, our two children and I recently visited your showroom looking for a particular sofa we had seen online. I know it was a bit crazy with the two girls, but you both made us feel completely at ease.
Matt, thank you for your help in guiding us around the showroom and assisting us in finding exactly what we were looking for. After our third and final visit, we ended up ordering the original sofa we had our hearts set on. Thank you both for your patience and excellent service.

The gentleman that said hello to us as soon as we walked into the shop was great (he was south African cant rememberhis name).
He asked if we needed any help we said no and he left us alone which was great. When we needed help he came over and answered all our question.

Everyone helpful. The Bristol store needs a sign to tell you how to get into the carpark. I had to use satnav in the end.

All the sales people were friendly that we came across and as a bonus made our dog most welcome! Would recommend Sofology and definitely return should the need arise.

It was a lovely straightforward experience. Nicola was knowledgeable and made things easy by sending me information via email. When I went into the branch she processed my order smoothly and went through all the fine print.

Mags was super helpful in the Bristol showroom. She gave me space to consider my options but was on hand with a cup of tea and some helpful advice. I will look out for her when I make further purchases

The young lady that helped us was really helpful.
Only downfall was I rang 9 days later to change colour from the gray to green, it wasn’t in showroom to see .
And was told it would cost me £500!As I don’t want suite until late Sept thought I had plenty time, so bit upset on that 😒 as I wasn’t informed.

Nicole at the Bristol Cribs branch was fantastic! we drove over and hour and a half to go back especially to that branch to buy our new sofa from them, the whole team were brilliant, patient and helpful. couldn't fault them. thank you so much!!

Great customer service!
Not too pushy & very knowledgable staff.
Overall the purchase experience was fab, the store was spacious & tidy & we were left to browse at our leisure but re-assured that someone would be on hand if we had any questions.
Mags was particularly helpful running through the purchase & finance options.

Amazing service and all the staff were super helpful especially Nicola! Our flat has a tricky layout and she really took the time to make sure we got the right sofa that we loved and would fit! It just arrived today and we’re so pleased (Adler 3 seater) would 100% recommend

As soon as we arrived in the store we were made to feel welcome. The staff were extremely helpful but not pushy. We made our purchase with the help of Mat who was brilliant.
