Easy, helpful and honest service
Explained well about the products before purchasing

Fantastic service, extremely helpful staff.
Nicola was brilliant.

Sales staff were polite amd attentive, there was no pressure put upon us. The order was reviewed with us prior to completion to ensure it was correct. All in all a pleasant expirience, thank you.

Vanessa in the Bristol, Patchway branch is a credit to the brand.

Super helpful, super cheerful and really looked after us.

I rarely leave ratings, but Vanessa needs recognition. I was so impressed that I was even thinking about how well my company would do with Vanessa on our team.

- Just to add, we ordered the same sofa that Vanessa has herself and instead of spending the £1800 we intended to at DFS next door, where the staff are not a patch on yours, we ended up spending £3000 for something that we KNOW we are going to love and something Vanessa was confident we would too. She even showed us her sofa in her home on her tablet.

We had an absolutely great experience at Sofology.
There was no hard sell, which is something I hate, but there was someone there if we wanted to ask questions.
I loved the fact that once you'd looked around and fancied a sofa, all details were emailed to you so you could go away, measure your room and have a think if it was right for you.
We can't wait for our new sofa to arrive!!!

The lady that helped us with our sofa at Bristol Cribbs Causeway her name was Tai. She was very helpful and a joy to speak too.
