Brilliant very helpful

Great customer service in store by member of staff , was very informative and helpful

We visited the sofology store in Cannock. Jess served us , after explaining to her what we were looking for she gave us a tour of the shop showing all their sofas meeting our requirements, she was very knowledgeable about each one and the suitability of the fabrics. She then let us take a sample home to check the colour in our lounge. We returned a few days later to make the purchase. We cannot thank her enough for the time she spent with us, she definitely made our decision easier .

There was something to suit everyone with the ability to tailor to your exact requirements.
Sales person Linda was awesome. She knew her product and sprinkled in some life advice as well.

We were dealt with by Kimberly at the Cannock store. We received excellent service and advice. Kimberly’s attitude/approach was both friendly and efficient. We found the entire experience very refreshing with no pushy sales tactics. Very pleased with our purchase.

A good selection of Sofas to choose from, no high pressure sales left alone to browse at our leisure .very helpful and knowledgeable staff especially Kim at the Cannock store who answered all or questions, nothing was too much trouble through the process of us eventually purchasing our new leather sofa.

The sales assistant Linda, took time to discuss what my requirement was. She escorted me so that I could review the range of products. When I made my choice she was very good at explaining all of the options and the required process to purchase. Good experience.
