Sofology - Carlisle レビュー

Callum Griffiths was so helpful, was able to answer every question we had, and made buying our first sofa a very easy process, will defo use Callum again in the future!

Tian, young lad in Carlisle store. Very helpful, asked his colleagues question if he didn't know or wasn't sure. Polite, patient and professional.
Great following up phone call and do helpful.

The gentlemen were really nice and the sofa looks very chic and luxurious

Tian was attentive and resolved our questions. He was very well informed and his customer service manner led to the sale being made
Thank you

Polite and helpful 🙂

Very helpful staff with a great showroom of different sofa types. We dealt with Dean at the Carlisle branch and he made the purchase very simple and quick.

This was my second visit, as with the first visit I experienced first class customer service.

Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He was also absolutely lovely to my 1 year old.
The store is well presented clean and well staffed.
The store (carlisle) had baby changing facilities which were needed.
No hard selling which is excellent.

We had a great experience with Dean at your carlisle store today not too pushy and very respectful of our needs. We bought our last couches with sofology so hopefully have as good a service second time around.

Paul at the Carlisle shop was amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure just a great experience. The whole team were a credit to Sofology, not a bad brew either! Loads of sofas in an unlimited amount of configurations, styles, materials and colours, all seem built to a high standard, thanks Carlisle team, The Paramount has been ordered

Fantastic service and no pushy sales tactics

Top staff and great service, only let down by an incorrect fabric selection by the assistant.

Big thank you to Melissa!
Recently visited sofology in Carlisle to look for a recliner sofa.

Great store. Very friendly staff. Harrison English was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Was given time to browse and try chairs and sofas without staff breathing down neck. But they were readily available to answer questions thoroughly and did not rush or pressure.

Great sales women no pressure to buy very happy

Tian and Harrison (forgot name of other salesman, sorry) were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Sofology.
