Ash was brilliant, not pushie, went through everything, and answered all our questions

Great service, not pushy just helpful salesperson.

Store worker had travelled up from Bolton to assist for the day. Noticed I went directly to where I wanted to view, having previously visited and selected the sofa I was interested in. He approached me quickly to answer any questions, but informed him I was ready to make the purchase. Fast and helpful service. Completing the transaction in 10-15mins

Don’t require a new sofa at present so was just browsing in this newly opened store. Loved the relaxed ambiance and particularly impressed by the lovely friendly staff, left to wander without any hint of sales pressure, a rare treat in a sofa store. I discovered a little fur covered chair called Huski, similar to style I’ve seen in other stores but far superior in quality and shape, perfect Xmas gift for my daughter’s first flat, unbelievable 3 yrs Interest free credit option too. Discussed colour options and care treatments with Mike and Dean in sales staff and bought it, all within 20 mns. Another friendly member of staff called Callum gave me a robust and good quality black tote bag on way out, complete with notepad and excellent quality measuring tape, so I got an unexpected gift too. The slogan on the tote bag sums up this store perfectly “Who said you can’t buy style?” Will definitely be the first place I’ll visit when looking for my own new sofa, can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely bunch of guys in the shop. Made to feel welcome from start to finish with no pressure at all.

My first time being in the shop and placing an order, unsure of when house/keys would be ready the young lad was able to figure it out and work around that to give me that bit of extra time.

The guys are friendly and helpful and they are not pushy like in a lot of places

Walking in very clean and tidy. sales man asked what we were looking for and told us if we need help just ask, which was nice as we were in dfs and the sales man was constantly behind us.
The sales man was very detailed in what we were buying answered all our question even offered us a drink

After initial good service upon receiving the sofa I had complained within 10 days of sagging to one of the seats. Since then I continue to battle against Sofology to get a positive outcome. I am now dealing with a third person at their customer service centre. Have been really disappointed with the quality of the sofa and the poor response from the company.

We popped into Carlisle 'looking' for a reclining chair for my Uncle who is 90 and lives down South so 'delivery' was a main concern - Harrison helped us from the start and was excellent in his sales, took the time to listen and offer great help/advice - we ended up purchasing a chair and things could not have gone smoother - Thank-You very much Harrison and Sofology, Carlisle.
