Staff was very patient and took time to explain the varieties of materials available and detailed information on how to care for the leather.

Was served by Julia when we visited the store and she was really friendly & very helpful. She explained the whole process of purchasing the sofa we had our eye on with no pressure at all. We went away to think about it & she’s since helped me step by step in processing the order online. Lovely lady.

We dealt with Julia who was helpful,friendly and knowledgeable and once we had made our choice everything was explained to us quickly and efficiently.

John greeted us when we entered the store and allowed us space to browse and try out different sofas without any pressure. We fell in love with one and he was so helpful talking us through all our options and getting our order placed. I can’t wait to receive our new sofa

Friendly and informative staff great product

Great service, relaxed approach. The store was clean, tidy and inviting. We were greeted on entrance by Luan and she was happy to check in on us and answer all of our questions. When we decided to buy Luan took us through the whole process in great detail and happily answered our questions clearly. Very happy with the order process.

Assistant was very pleasant and offered help when we needed it. We dislike being followed around the store by over eager salespersons so we found it enjoyable to walk around the store in peace.

Staff were very helpful told them what we wanted and found the sofa we loved ordered the one pointed too
