Fantastic experience: Pete patiently showed us many sofas specific to my needs, helping us to gradually eliminate until our final choice of Allure .

Left to look until I was ready to need assistance no pressure. Knowledgeable assistant helped with figures and forms. Offered us a coffee too. Made us very relaxed in what is a stressful purchase. Definitely recommend Sofology.

Walked into Sofology in Chester and loved the Larson sofa as soon as we arrived in store.
Spent time talking to Nic and she was so lovely and gave us loads of information. We went home to measure and went back the following week to order and again Nic was so welcoming and very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend and would give Nic a 10 out of 10 for all her help.

We visited Sofology today and had such a great experience from start to finish. Me and my partner Luke were really impressed with the level of customer service — the lady was very welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all.
They took the time to answer all our questions, explain the options clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed. It honestly made what can sometimes be a stressful decision feel enjoyable.
You can tell they really care about their customers, and it made a big difference to us. Fantastic service and a lovely in-store experience — highly recommend!
