Very good salesperson, John, whom assisted us is all aspects of picking the correct suite. We were left to chose the suite we required and John gave us all the details regarding the purchase and our options and payment plans.

There are a large range of sofas to choose from.
The staff are all helpful and know the products well. We chose two sofas and are looking forward to having them delivered.

John in the sofology Chester store went over and beyond to help me and my girlfriend find the perfect set for our home. From the moment we walked in he was so welcoming and talked through the whole process with us. He also makes a 5 star cuppa ☕️ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t fault our experience at all!

I went into the store very quickly after another sofa retailer. And the difference of approach was completely different! Welcoming but not pushy. Then straight away the gent that dealt with us (me, my wife and 4 year old son) clearly wanted to help us and guide us to the correct choice. Very happy and probably wouldn’t even try anywhere else next time around!!
