We had two visits to the store. Pete was fantastic on both occasions and helped us find the perfect furniture. Even the manager looked after us and took time out to make drinks. She was also brilliant. Thank you to all great experience ❤️❤️❤️

Ease of looking around with out being made to feel rushed. When we needed help the lady we delt with was fantastic and a credit to your company. I think her name was Mrs Davies.

Sofology’s communication has been extremely poor. My delivery date has changed repeatedly with no explanation, and my escalated complaint — which they promised to respond to within 48 hours — has now gone unanswered for a full week.

I set a clear deadline for an update by close of business on 14 September, which was ignored. I followed up again on Monday evening and again this morning, and still received no response.

I have now copied Creation Finance into the correspondence because Sofology have not met their communication obligations or provided any factual update on the status or location of my order.

Very disappointing service so far.

Edit based on Sofology Response… I have been emailing this email address for the last 10 days with no response.

The lady that helped me choose my sofa was very good, with a great sales person attitude not pushy and giving me the right information I needed to make my choice

Very helpful and friendly staff

Went in having no idea what we wanted, but through the help of a lovely lady we managed to secure the perfect sofa, everyone was friendly and welcoming but not at all pushy or invasive! Couldn’t recommend enough, great service from start to finish. We also changed our mind on one of the sofas, so went in the next days and within 5 minutes it was changed and we were on our way again. 10/10!!
