The service in the store was very good. No pressure just help.

On purchasing be very sure you understand and have been told properly that once signing the 48hrs is only to change the colour. It is Not to change your mind about purchasing.

What got to us was the complete denial even when we both heard the same thing and had it confirmed.

Even though two if us heard the same thing, that we could cancel, this was denied. Customer Service was appalling and sent an email which you could not respond to.

So my thoughts are that they want your business but once signed its tough luck even if you call them the next day.

I went on recommendation as most if my family had bought from the Chester store but very disappointed on the way i was treated afterwards.

Very helpful. We purchased a sofa and a chair. Everything explained very clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service when buying my new Sofa from Sofology. Pete at the Chester shop was A1 from walking through the door to final purchase of my settee. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient whilst I decided on my choice. Well done Sofology I fully recommend a visit to the store if you’re after a new sofa.

Friendly,helpful and knowledgeable shop assistant called Julia explained everything to us ,without putting any pressure on us.

Both members of staff, apologies for not remembering there names, were excellent in explaining the manufacture of the suite and its incomponents.

Daniel and Nic made our shopping experience at Sofology one to remember. Daniel excelled in his explanation of the features & benefits of reclining sofas - which gave us confidence to proceed. Nic provided fun & laughter as we (finally) decided on a colour and as we went through signing the contract. Well done to both of them.

Left to look until I was ready to need assistance no pressure. Knowledgeable assistant helped with figures and forms. Offered us a coffee too. Made us very relaxed in what is a stressful purchase. Definitely recommend Sofology.

Walked into Sofology in Chester and loved the Larson sofa as soon as we arrived in store.
Spent time talking to Nic and she was so lovely and gave us loads of information. We went home to measure and went back the following week to order and again Nic was so welcoming and very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend and would give Nic a 10 out of 10 for all her help.

We visited Sofology today and had such a great experience from start to finish. Me and my partner Luke were really impressed with the level of customer service — the lady was very welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all.
They took the time to answer all our questions, explain the options clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed. It honestly made what can sometimes be a stressful decision feel enjoyable.
