The sales rep Wendy was very supportive and polite. She walked me through the process, helped with measurements explained the difference with leather. Absolutely fabulous!

Dorinda, our customer service representative was fantastic. Her friendly and professional attitude was excellent.

The lady sales person was very good absolutely amazing she was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything.

The woman I spoke to and who completed the sale was very honest and helpful. I believe her name was Wendy. The whole experience was smoothly carried out.

Wendy was very imformative, friendly,helpful and profesional.
No pressure when we visited to view or when we came in to place the order.
It was made clear when we entered that we were free to browse and that we would be left alone unless we wanted help.

The sales assistant was so kind made us feel at ease very helpful. She went into great depth about the different options to help us make our decision in our purchase, put our mind at ease from our questions about it. I will definitely be recommending sofology to friends and family.

Corey at Sofology Coventry was very helpful and we were able to go home, check the measurements and then complete the order online which he had outlined in store.

A good experience walked around without getting pounced on by a pushy sales team, staff were polite said good morning and left us to it, we chose a sofa acknowledged a sales man whos name is Corey and then he came over to us. Answered all of our questions (very knowledgeable) would recommend Sofology Coventry a nice shopping experience and looking for our new sofa to be delivered.

Great service from 3 kind gentlemen. I wanted a box of cleaning products and was suggested 2 boxes which were on offer.
