Changing my 5 star review
Changing my 5 star review, which I was asked to leave. On receiving the order confirmation I realised two sofas had been ordered in the wrong fabric, different to the fabric for the chair. Did as advised and contacted Sofology within 48 hours. Told I would be contacted in 72 hours. Contacted the store who told me I was too late and would be charged for any “change”. The store assistant entered all the fabric details on a tablet so not sure what I “changed”. Tried again with Customer Services who repeated that I would be contacted in 72 hours. Waited 72 hours. Heard nothing. Called again to be told I would hear from the Admin Team by close of business on the third day. Pointed out this is not the same as 72 hours and we’re now up to 80.5 hours! Still waiting to “change” the fabric ordered. Very disappointed with this service and we haven’t even got past the order stage yet!

Welcoming and helpful
Had an absolutely amazing experience, derek was absolutely super start to finish. Me and my partner had fallen in love with a sofa but couldn’t decide on what colour we wanted and derek talked us through and recommend colours that would fit with our day to day life along with our vision. He talked us through many different options and made us feel comfortable and was happy to answer any questions we had. The staff were so polite and the place was super clean. We left with our dream sofa and a smile on our face.

Great service by the Team
Great service by the Team. Allowed us time to browse the products prior to offering support and guidance with our choice. Talked us through all the sofa options and took time to show us the available colours and features in the store.
Easy to pay in the store or via interest free credit. Hopefully the delivery will be as stress free.

The customer service rendered by the staff member Karen at the Dundee branch was exceptional.
From telling us all about the sofa we chose, to sales and delivery information, very detailed I would say.
