This our 4th time purchasing from the Dundee store and they’re always very welcoming and don’t mind our two three year olds running riot in the store while we discuss options

That's really all that needs to be said as everything went as expected. The delivery date was sent within a few weeks of purchase . It arrived when I was advised it would. Even the delivery guys were lovely. Great experience all round so thank you to them all.

Salesman was very informative, gave us all the information we needed and discussed the care kit for our sofa to get the best from it.
The team let us look around after a first greeting and were close by when we needed some questions answered. We didn’t feel hassled and felt they were there but not in top of us. Which was great.
Our salesman’s first name has gone out my head but his last name was McDougal. He was great, made us at ease and talked through every step with us. Great service from start to finish.

Just a great service

I had a fantastic Experience in the Dundee store. The sales guy who looked after me was Matthew. He went way beyond with all his help. He knew his stuff. I was looking at several sofas and the guy was so knowledgeable and patient with me he knew everything about all sofa in there store. I was a bit off a pain to be honest, with all the questions I was asking. I was looking for a corner sofa with all the cons, speakers, vibrate options, lumbar support as I have a lot of problems going on with my back, so needed a sofa that can help support me better than most sofas. I also wanted a reclining seat built into my sofa and a console part with cup holders and storage. I was in the shop for over 2 hrs and the whole time the guy was helping me. He has fantastic knowledge of every sofa and the place. He was able to give me exactly what I was looking for by using his skills to put together the right sofa for me and to the exact style of what I wanted. Matthew is a polite and professional guy who helped me over and above. nothing was too much bother for him. I felt really comfortable around him and assured of him knowing the knowledge he had.

I did buy my dream sofa with the thanks to him pulling everything together for my perfect sofa. Can’t thank him enough for all his help, and a fantastic Experience he defiantly is the guy to go to if your looking for a new sofa, he knows his stuff.
