Emma was outstanding
Emma was outstanding, she really listened to what we wanted and took an interest in what we were saying. Made us a cuppa and honestly nothing was too much.

Great customer service
We had already been in and spoken to David the weekend before, but spoke to Emma on our second visit. Both were very knowledgable and helpful. Emma explained all of our options without pressuring us to buy extras, which was greatly appreciated.

The metrocentre staff are so friendly…
The metrocentre staff are so friendly and helpful would recommend to anyone to buy a sofa here as they are also the only place that sells good quality and elegant sofas

Staff welcomed us to the store
Staff welcomed us to the store and explained about the products then left us to look around. There was no hard sell but the staff were there to answer any questions. We went away to view other stores but returned and after dealing with Earl who was very professional we made a purchase . All in all a very pleasant experience and 10/10 to Earl
