​I recently placed a made-to-order purchase at Sofology Hedge End and had a fantastic experience. A huge thank you to Sahil, who assisted us. He was incredibly attentive, listened closely to all our requirements, and helped us find the perfect sofa. He made the entire process smooth, professional, and completely satisfactory. Highly recommend seeking him out if you are visiting this store!

Had a lovely visit to the Hedge End store. The female assistant (name begins with N I think) was very helpful and not at all pushy. Sent us all the details on an email to complete the order at home. Just a shame it takes 15 weeks

Steve was great. He talked me through all the options for my sofa and what they meant. Lovely and friendly guy to deal with, made the whole process really quick and easy. Explained what to do when I get my delivery date and made sure I knew who to call if I need anything. Highly recommend and the sofa is so comfy.

Second visit to this store so we pretty much knew which sofa we wanted but Kieran was so helpful & knowledgeable letting us take our time in making out choice. When it came to the sale there was no pressure to take out any extras which i like as there is nothing worse than a pushy salesperson. Cant comment any further just looking forward to it arriving.
