Easy retail experience
We had spoken to Alison before when we first started looking at sofas and she was very informative helping us with options and sizes etc. When we went back to order she made the process easy and ws lovely to deal with

Very pleased with staff… no hard sell tactics
We were very pleased that the staff were attentive and helpful, but not pushy and no hard sell tactics. Your store assistant Daniela was first class, she was very patient and helpful, helping us, by giving us the space and time to make our selection.

Made welcome with a nice hot cup of tea. Sales Associate Lawrence was very attentive and answered all my questions and also giving helpful information on insurance and care of my order. Lovely showroom with a great selection of sofas/chairs/sectionals. Looking forward to receiving my new sofas.
