We had an idea of the sofa we wanted using the website, but we changed completely after seeing the sofas in store. Alison was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different ranges. The website also doesn’t really show how good the quality of the frame and the leather/fabric actually is, much better than the competition.

No hounding salespeople.
Went in to browse and no pressure from any salesperson. This was refreshing after being hounded in another company shop. When we had made a decision, we approached a salesperson and they were very helpful and made.the purchase extremely easy explaining everything up front.

The lady Alison and Manny the manager were lovely we looked at the corner group on Sunday went home measured it in our living room bought it on the Monday.

We had a lovely visit in store and were met by Lawrence who was kind, friendly and an expert in his field. No pushing to buy a sofa and given plenty of time and patience when deciding on the sofa and colour.
