The main thing about Sofology is that you don’t get followed around the store by some over-eager sales person after their commission.
Ikram was fantastic. Friendly, informative and encouraged us to ask question to ensure everything was covered before we left the store but left us alone to talk about our options and have a wander to make sure we were certain about our choice. Once we had decided and put down the deposit, he also gave us the branch number in case anything did come to mind later on.
Great customer service!

Absolutely amazing experience today in the store with an gentleman called Happy.
He was super polite, friendly, informative and most importantly not pushy like some sales people can be, he absolutely honoured his name and delivered a happy experience and it resulted in us going from just having a look to buying to new sofas.
For me personally it's such a red flag and immediate annoyance when sales people are pushy and in your face and 9/10 will instantly cause me to leave the store but again this gentleman treated myself and my wife with nothing but patience, respect and friendliness it was almost like catching up with a friend.
Again can't praise this gentleman enough, hands down the best sales person I've dealt with in my life.

The young lady, Rose, who looked after us was amazing at White City Retail Park. She was patient, helped us with alternatives and suggestions. All in all a fantastic experience, which made the decision to buy an easy one. Rose is a credit to the company and the store and we will look forward to receiving our sofa and chair. Thanks Again

We had a fantastic experience at sofology from the moment we walked in, no getting harassed just a polite hello and here if you need anything, we spent 2 hrs looking around as its a big thing after all you need to get it right, the assistant Ikram answered all our questions honestly in our view, we saw something we liked but wanted time to think about it, there was no pressure put on us, we returned 2 weeks later just to check a few details again no harrassing us, Ikram went through everything with us, repeating details over just so the order was correct, very happy overall with the price and service, we used sofolgy at white city retail park manchester

We were supported by Happy and he helped us to find the right sofa and combination we needed. He gave us time to think and agree on what we wanted making the experience good as we were not pressured to make a decision quickly.
He was knowledgeable and gave us all the relevant information, so our process could not be faulted

The show room at White City retail park was lovely, it had lots of choice and we were greeted with a lovely smile and a helping hand from Happy, one of the Sofology team! He helped us choose the right sofa for us and guided us through the whole process! He was so friendly and a credit to the team!

We were approached in the store at Trafford by a man named Happy, he pointed out certain things for us to consider then left us alone to explore the store. We were only originally looking but found something we both agreed on and loved so we asked Happy if he would give us some prices ect. He went through it all so throughly that the process was so easy. Would definitely advise people to go and have a look around. No hard selling or feeling under pressure

I was so comfortable shopping in the store.The lady who attended to me gently explained all i needed to know about the sofa i liked.She told me about the various fabric and colour options available.I went on a match day and she took down our car plate number so we are not issued a parking fine(Showing she went above and beyond)

After a lot of searching, I decided to buy my new sofa from Sofology, and overall, I’m really pleased with the experience.
The in-store experience was excellent. The staff were friendly without being pushy, gave me space to browse, and answered all my questions when I needed help. The lady assisting me was very knowledgeable about all aspects, I have no unanswered questions, she was genuinely helpful in narrowing down my choice, also provided options on how to pay and was very informative
Overall very happy and looking forward to receiving my new sofa.

Happy at Sofology in White City Retail Park Manchester, is a credit to the company! He was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. He put no pressure on us and truly made what had been a stressful experience at other shops one that was enjoyable and easy.

We went into the store looking for a sofa around 240cm wide. The sales person showed us one on display that was labelled as 233cm, which felt perfect for our space. We trusted her to place the order for that exact model, but it turns out she selected a smaller size—using a similar-looking photo on the order page.
There were no clear measurements listed, just a picture, so we had no idea anything was wrong until the sofa arrived. And then came the worst part—they admitted the size was different but still wanted to charge us around £400 to exchange it. Seriously?
It’s really disappointing. We went in person to avoid this kind of issue, trusted the staff to get it right, and now we’re paying the price for their mistake.
Just a warning to others: double-check everything yourself and don’t just rely on what the staff tell you! If they mess it up, it could cost you a lot to fix their mistake.
