The staff were so kind and welcoming. Every step of the way they showed kindness and genuineness. So glad to have bought a sofa here from such a lovely team.

Will at the White City Retail park in Manchester was so helpful. He answered all our questions and we felt really informed about our decision. It’s quite a big purchase for us but we’re so pleased with our choice. They left us alone to browse the showroom and were more than happy to help when we had questions.

We were really impressed with the personal service from JK - she went above and beyond, taking the time to understand our needs and helping us find the perfect product.

Very helpful young man not too pushy ,his name was Will, he answered all our questions , we thought the delivery charge was expensive.

We bought our couch through the Trafford park shop, Happy supported us to find our perfect couch. He was very helpful and was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgable with all the products and we would not hesitate to use Happy and Sofology in the future

Will was very helpful in finding the correct sofa for me - both on my first visit when i was initially looking and also when i came back to purchase. It was easy to order and he went through everything with me making it all clear and transparent.

We liked that the lady introduced herself and offered her assistance but then left us to look around without interference, she was on hand when we had a question and had all the information to hand.

We came in today and was a bit sad that the sofa we wanted had been discontinued. The sofology assistant Ikram helped us find a new sofa which was very similar to the one we liked originally. He was very professional, friendly and walked us through the whole process. I’ve been stressed for ages about getting a sofa and it felt so easy and pressure free once we were there. Thanks again Ikram!
