Excellent in-store experience. Our assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

The staff explained to me transparently the item and was ear and helpful after the purchase.

Sam was great! Lots of great sofa choices and after looking at all of them we decided on the first one we sat down on!

My son and I visited the New Malden store, and were served by Junior. he was a great help and went out of his way to offer advice. If we were buying again, we would want to be served by him, he was just lovely.
The following day (a sunday), we then had dealings with the Store Manager Shah (Sahlin Abdul Hamid), after my son realising that what we had ordered was out of his means with his new mortgage and other outgoings, he would struggle with the monthly payments, so sadly we wanted to cancel the order from the day before.
My son was just about to purchase his first property, which I had released equity to help fund, and I, a 72 year old pensioner also paid the deposit. Shah was amazingly helpful, and advised that as the order had not gone live, he would help us cancel. I cannot praise him enough, what a great Manager and an example to his staff. He went out of his way to help and support us and we eventually got the order cancelled and my deposit back.
However, CUSTOMER SERVICE were not helpful, sympathetic or accomodating, and for over a week we really had to fight our corner over this as they wanted to keep the deposit. Shah completely supported us over this because the order never went live, so the company never incurred any costs.
It got sorted in the end, and my deposit was returned, but it was a very difficult time and I became quite anxious. Without Shah’s help, I would probably have lost the £349 deposit, which at my age I could not afford to do.
In the future, we would definitely go back to this store, for the staff and lovely quality sofa’s, but for the moment it will have to wait.
Shah is an exceptional member of staff and Sofology are extremely lucky to have him on their staff.

Sam was very nice and took the time to explain everything about the sofa. She was kind, helpful, and assisted us from the very beginning. We looked at many different furniture shops, but we decided to come to Sofology new malden because of the excellent service we received. Thank you, Sam, for making our experience so pleasant.
