Most sofas have various options of configuration which is great - a little more flexibility than rival companies. The sofa we chose seems to suit our needs (comfort, body size, fabric etc).

Ayas, was very helpful professional and took time to answer all our questions. It’s was a satisfactory experience. Thank you his smile and patience.

During my visit and ordering period, I found the experience to be quite pleasant. The staff offered thoughtful and professional advice, which greatly assisted me in making informed choices.

He’s extremely patient, really understands customer requirements, and knows how to find the best value for the customer. His product knowledge is excellent, and instead of upselling, he suggested alternative sofa options that stayed within our budget while still meeting our needs.

My partner and I fell in love with the Riviera sofa, which was initially above our budget. Junior came up with a genius solution that worked for both us and Sofology. He checked returned stock in the warehouse and, by chance, found the exact sofa in the right colour. This brought it within our budget while also helping clear a returned item — a win-win. What a sell!

We’re genuinely impressed and will definitely recommend friends and family in the area to come and see Junior.

We visited the New Malden Sofology store after doing months of research and trying to find a sofa that we can get up a narrow staircase with a double corner. Nip assured us that the recliners will come apart into smaller sections (not just the individual seat "modules" as other companies offer, but smaller components) and explained that the delivery team will handle transport into a room of our choice plus re-assembly. He helped us narrow down our options and on our return visit Ayas guided us through to a purchase. Both were excellent and super helpful and we are now excitedly awaiting delivery. The wait time is relatively long but having the reassurance that the sofa will go upstairs and also actually finding a really nice unit in a great colour makes up for that.

I visited the New Malden branch where Nip assisted us in choosing a new sofa. He was not pushy, over the top or trying to force a sale. Nip was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and I would highly recommend him when it comes to choosing the right sofa.

The salesman Junior made it such a good experience, he was prepared to go the extra mile to give alternatives and items, colours that were available. Was interactive with family I brought along for reassurance. Changed my perception of salesmen
