Nip was extremely patient & understood what we were looking for.
No pressure & no rush

I visited this location multiple times over the course of 2 weeks, I had narrowed down the options to 2 sofas so tried them out and then went away to think and consider fit etc. Went back the last time to be greated by the same Sales Representative I had seen a couple of times previously. He didn't hover and just let us know to take our time.

Eventually decided on a sofa and caught his attention. He came over and we went through all the details, He provided advice and guidance and also the discussion around how it would be brought into the property when it's delivered.

I felt reassured by his not pushy demeanour. So made the purchase of the 2 seater power recliner and power headrest sofa.

Special call out to the Sales Rep we spoke with Nip. Who was a pleasure to discuss things with.

I would have no issue recommending this location.

Great service, we checked few places to buy a sofa and found Sofology’s Sales rep the best and most competent to help us. All went super smooth and we are happy with our lovely sofa.

Very friendly welcome on entering the store then team members were helpful knowledgeable we were not rushed in any way. Once we had made our selection they went through the product in detail with payment options whilst they made us coffee to further enjoy our experience would highly recommend
