Good range of products to choose from. And range of colours and different fabrics.
Salesman Jamie wasn’t pushy at all, went through all options and explained everything we needed to know. Walked away happy with our choice.

The sales person was lovely and very personable, all credit to her for her professionalism and communication skills whilst keeping a lovely light hearted sense of humour.

We wanted a new sofa but was stuck with getting access into our lounge . Along came sai the most helpful and polite person full of ideas to help us find the sofa the sofa which fitted , she never did the hard sell and worked with us .She makes a good coffee too .

Hadi was very knowledgeable and his attention and service to us as customers was excellent.

We were welcomed. Hadi our customer representative was very patient and honest. He took his time to go through everything with us and looked at all options. Supported us to look at all colour choices carefully. Encouraged us to look in the natural light which was the best thing to do to help make our final decision. Then supported us with finalising our choices. We have two children and he was great with how he engaged with them. Made sure he went through our final decisions with us carefully to see we were happy. We have left feeling we have made the best decision. Grateful he was the person that served us

The service was excellent, the sales lady helped picture in our lives. Not pushy. Gave alternatives. Would recommend.

The sales team were not pressurizing at all. They explained the basics and then allowed you to get on with viewing.
Once decided the whole process was explained and choosing fabrics in the light or dark was a great idea.
We even went away to have a coffee to decide on final design, came back and the same sale chap was busy, but the team made us a coffee while we waited to place final order.
All in all a great experience and cannot wait to get the sofa.

Ben was fantastic when helping us buy the Hudson sofa at Sofology. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time and honest advice without any pressure. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to him. Would definitely recommend Ben if you’re shopping at Sofology!

The staff they were absolutely 100% great

Sai the lady who helped myself and my husband was very informative, she answered all our questions, she also went through every before we brought it.
She would get an 11/10 if that was possible.
