Very helpful and informative.

Tilly was lovely and welcoming and really patient

The experience in store was 5 stars but companies show their worth in after sales which these do not. Avoid at all costs, great to sell you a sofa but afterwards impossible to get hold of the right people. They will also charge you 25% to amend your order when you have tried to contact them within the 48hr period with no joy of them answering the phone. Got through 1hr and 41mins after the cut off to be told nothing they can do.

No good enough especially as a returning customer.

Great service at Sofology Plymouth today. We were given time to make our decisions without feeling we were being stalked around the store, which is something I really appreciate. Andy made ordering very quick and easy, making sure we were happy with delivery expectations and our concerns about access issues at our property. All in all a very good service.

Purchased our new sofa & armchairs today. We found Sofology a very pleasant experience, the staff (in particular Chris) very knowledgeable & helpful. There was no pushy, hard sell just help if you needed it.

The buying transaction was straight forward and everything explained clearly.

We look forward to our delivery arriving.

My husband and I could not agree on a sofa so made countless visits and were greeted each time by Kuman (apologies if incorrect spelling), and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was so patient, kind and although we were indecisive he never rushed us, never went hard with the sales tactics just the right amount of help. We finally decided and went to order and he made us a drink, talked us through everything and seemed genuinely pleased we had got there! He is a credit to the Sofology team and to himself. We were recommended by our daughter who bought earlier in the year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend ourselves:-)

The sales man named Chris was most helpful and very informative.He did not put any pressure on my wife or me infact he made us feel really comfortable. The price of the furniture we bought was very reasonable and good value for money. Would definitely recommend this company if you want good furniture and an excellent service.
