Sofology - Plymouth レビュー 

Purchased our new sofa & armchairs today. We found Sofology a very pleasant experience, the staff (in particular Chris) very knowledgeable & helpful. There was no pushy, hard sell just help if you needed it.

The buying transaction was straight forward and everything explained clearly.

We look forward to our delivery arriving.

My husband and I could not agree on a sofa so made countless visits and were greeted each time by Kuman (apologies if incorrect spelling), and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was so patient, kind and although we were indecisive he never rushed us, never went hard with the sales tactics just the right amount of help. We finally decided and went to order and he made us a drink, talked us through everything and seemed genuinely pleased we had got there! He is a credit to the Sofology team and to himself. We were recommended by our daughter who bought earlier in the year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend ourselves:-)

Been to Sofology 4 times in a week trying to decide! Each time met by Tilly, who answered all of our questions at ease. Tilly made us feel comfortable with no pressure at all in buying anything! Today we have ordered and can’t wait for our new purchase! Everything was explained in great detail so Thank You Tilly, a credit to Sofology! 🙂

Not constantly pestered, but when we needed help Tilly was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help with mixing and matching colour samples etc she was extremely pleasant and kind.

Great sales guy made the whole process fun and yet informative. Came away with the sofa we wanted at the right price.

I was really impressed with the help Andy gave us in the Plymouth branch. He wasn’t in your face and gave us plenty of time to mull it over. He also gave us great advice and helped us make a decision on colour.

Not pounced on the minute you walk into the store and staff not rushing you into a purchase,a nice relaxed experience and staff so nice.would definitely recommend.
