Great Products & Excellent Customer Service. Having already purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner single chair, were also looking for a three seater sofa. We had looked at all the sofa shops to try to find a suitable item and decided to buy at Sofology as the sofa was sensibly priced, felt wonderful and the service was excellent.

Fantastic service from Callum - he explained all options clearly and carefully, really listened to our requirements and made the whole process simple. Great selection of sofas and fabrics too, we were spoiled for choice!

From the moment we started looking for our new sofa, Hayden was very attentive without being too intrusive. Hayden had a wealth of knowledge and information to ensure we got what we were looking for.

Fabulous choice, great salesperson, Hayden, with very good product knowledge and no pressure to buy.
We ended up being undecided between 2 sofas and Hayden created an online basket for us to edit at home to our preference once we were sure.
The 0% interest payments, with options of 1, 2 and 3yrs, and a deposit amount of our choice, made buying a sofa we love easy and very affordable.

Good customer service

Kuzum was very helpful and friendly. He allowed us time to browse on our own and didn’t follow us round the shop which was refreshing. The service was great and we are looking forward to receiving our new sofa.

We met Tilly at the ideal home exhibition. We worked with her during the following few days to ensure our order was correct, even though they were not official working days for her. She has been helpful and professional throughout.
