James was very helpful helping us find what we required in the colour we wanted without being a pushy salesperson whilst we looked.

Excellent service. Jason, the store manager, was very helpful. He was very customer focused and took time to explain all of our options. We felt that he genuinely wanted the whole experience to be positive and was keen that we were happy with both our purchase and the whole process. New sofas have now been ordered.

As is usual of your Poole store we were treated once again extremely well by the manager, who went out of his way to meet our requirements also the frendliness of the staff we were well satisfied with our purchase
and would recommend the store to our friends

The staff made it great as is usually the way with retailers. They were friendly and helpful but not invasive as in following you round the shop but were available when needed. I wish I had taken the name of the young man who we spoke to who then when we explained what we were looking for but had a budget showed us these sofas that were a cancelled order but actually fitted what I wanted perfectly so it was his knowledge that made this purchase a simple one!! Well done to him! This is not the same person that wrote up the order. So yes all the above I just hope the delivery will be an equally good service. Many thanks
