Zak was really helpful all the way through from selecting the right sofa to finalising over the phone.

Super helpful staff and they couldn’t do enough even when I’d changed my mind on the sofa I was buying

Zak and Yameen were excellent in their customer service, very friendly and lot of knowledge they went above and beyond
We were very undesisive to buy a corner sofa or 2 and a 2 or a 3 seater we took measurements down to them to see which one would fit in our living room.
They came to our house after work to measure up what would fit to make sure we buy the right size sofa.
We went to a few sofa retail shops but the service we got from these 2 was at another level.
After that we decided if buy sofa then we will buy from these guys.

My item was supposed to be delivered a week ago. No help to date from the customer service team re follow ups. Am in the dark about the status of my item which was a big ticket item

What a great experience from visiting the store and browsing Zach was fantastic and very knowledgeable and helped me choose the correct piece to suit my home . I returned to store to order and dealt with a young man called Ash who processed my order he was so lovely from start to finish what a great team they are

Really helpful in store, nothing was too much trouble, Yamin was super helpful. I had to call back on the phone after I'd checked measurements and again really helpful & friendly. Very slick process.
