Very helpful young man. Excellent service and delivery time not too long either.

Unbeknown to us our visit coincided with the last day of your store at Redbrick Mill in Dewsbury. We met an excellent salesman named Yameen, had a lovely chat and bought a table and a lamp at a fantastic discount. Very pleased we called in and with the whole experience. We wish Yameen the best of luck in his future endeavours.

Very knowledgeable and gave all the relevant information without prolonging the purchasing process and made everything straightforward and easy. I would definitely shop with Sofology again as a result of the excellent customer service provided.

The sales people in store were all really helpful and not too pushy. Never felt pressured into a sale.

Absolutely abysmal service. Delivered damaged furniture that the delivery guys never reported. Spoke with Sofology customer care who after week's sent a technician to look at it. The technician came and examined, used our toilet and said he will report it to the office, and someone will come back to usb in 72 hours. That was over a month ago... waited during the holiday period with no support from Sofology customer care, and no one available in product support. Still waiting for someone to fix the furniture. Will not buy from Sofology again. Disgusting service.

Another disappointing tactic of Sofology is asking customers to email their 'social.media.complaints' so they can look at it. This makes them look responsive but they do not actually care - as i emailed them everything on 31st Dec and no one bothered to contact me.

No pushy sales, honest relevant advice. Zak made the purchasing experience pleasant and comfortable.
