The staff, particularly Maxine, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Maxine even carried a large chair from one part of the store to another so we could view it against a sofa we were considering! The range of sofas and chairs was great, and all at really good value. Red Brick Mill itself is an amazing place to visit and I highly recommend that you visit sofology whilst you are there.

Ash was very helpful and informative.

After months of struggling to find a sofa, we went to the red brick mill branch in Batley and we was greeted by Harriet, who helped us find our dream sofa, she was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Very helpful staff want to point out how Zakariya and Ash understood what we was looking for and took time in explaining and demonstrating how our new sofa will look they even moved furniture around to give us idea of how the sofa will fit according to our room measurements really happy Ash even looked after my younger son putting movies on for him while we placed our order without disturbance

I have recently had delivered a new sofa from Sofology. I want to let you know about the fantastic experience with this company from start to finish.

My initial contact was made with a lady called Harriet Booth who assisted me with first class service, helping me to pick colour and materials for my sofa of choice. Harriet gave me top support throughout the whole ordering process.

Equally impressive was the actual delivery process. Two very polite gentlemen delivered, sited and fixed the components of my sofa together, removed all packaging from site all done with smiles and laughter. They also made sure that I was happy with the sofa before they departed.

I thank Sofology for a wonderful service and kind and helpful staff and operatives that made my sofa buying experience so good.

I highly recommend Sofology to you for a professional, and pleasant buying experience.

Fantastic service from all the staff but especially Harriet - we were made to feel so welcome and she spent lots of time chatting options and providing information along with welcoming our dogs when we returned to place our order.
She also was so helpful via email with pre and post queries and would commend anyone to go to this store
