We spoke with multiple members of staff here, they were all absolutely amazing. Such personable people and really explained everything so well. Chloe helped us with a few other people as well.

Very efficient service! Salesperson appeared very knowledgeable + was helpful in all aspects.

My wife and I went into the branch at parkgate rotherham. This was on the recommendation of our friend who had recently purchased a suite from sofology. We were greeted by friendly staff and left to browse at our leisure.There was no pushy sales people which we do not like.We soon found a suite that we liked. I believe the salesman was called hadrian. He guided us through our purchase. Great guy. He is a credit to sofology. Very professioanal .We are looking forward to the delivery of our new suite. Thankyou to sofology and your staff. The salesman even walked us out to the entrance which my wife had never known before. Mr and Mrs P Griffiths. Rotherham.

The delivery men delivered our £3500 sofa to the wrong property, 3 streets away because a woman flagged them down, they took our corner sofa up 3 flights of stairs into an apartment unwrapped it ALL then had to bring it back down and outside into their van in the pouring down rain. So when it eventually arrived at our property, it was no longer brand new, and it was wet through - not what I would expect in any way shape of form, whilst the service was good when purchasing this has really let the experience down and we are so disappointed.

Staff support was excellent talked us though everything. No pushy sales just good customer service. I would recommend to all my family and friends

The sofologist was very informative and helpful

Ordered a recliner sofa from sofology within two months the mechanism started making creaking noises,over time the noises got worse so I contacted sofology we had to wait a few weeks for an engineer to come out to be told the sofa needs all new mechanisms so we’ve got to wait for it to be made should be 3 months 5 months later still no parts being told again by sofology the parts should be a available in a month the sofa and chair only took 10weeks to make originally,also the reclining headrest have leaked oil dust all over so waiting for new headrest which could possibly be a different colour has ours will have dulled through sunlight customer service awful making arrangements which have not been adhered too!!!!

Order 4058271 Rotherham sofology this our 2nd sofa from sofology last one was 5k and lasted us 10 years always recommend sofology to all my family and friends. We came just to browse since we had full home revamp Adrian I think that was his name was amazing showed us the different sofa and we fell in love we a brand new design. He was a great guy very knowledgeable and kept calm no hard sale lovely guy from Doncaster can’t wait to get out new sofa. Thankyou for making it so easy!
