Sofology - Rotherham レビュー 

I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery and the customer service from Sofology.

My sofa was delivered last Thursday, but it arrived with a back cushion missing, leaving my family unable to use the sofa we had been waiting for. When I contacted customer services, I was told I would have to wait up to four weeks for the missing part, which is completely unacceptable.

Since then, I have sent numerous emails asking for updates, but I have received no response whatsoever. Due to the lack of communication and poor service, I have requested that the sofa be collected as I no longer wish to keep it. Even this request has been ignored.

The lack of communication has been the most frustrating part of this experience. I expected far better customer service from a company of this size. I would not recommend Sofology based on my experience.

Horrible experience, when it came to deliver the sofa, very unskilled set of people to deliver which resulted in damaging sofa and my property. It was resolved through sofology expert delivery services.

Ness greeted us straight away and helped me work out the best option for my living room. She was calm and patient and made everything easy. Can’t wait to get my soda delivered!

fantastic from beginning to finish, adrian was very knowledgeable about what we wanted and put our minds to ease , we will go to him for future projects thank you .

She was really nice and friendly but wasn't very clear on the brake down of the price ie delivery cost care kit cost I left wondering why it says £28 online but I was paying £38 seamed a bit higher

Choice was excellent. Tony was brilliant, didn’t feel rushed at all.everything explained throughout our purchase.

Tony was amazing.knew his information thoroughly and so helpful with his advice.and all the other staff was attentive and supportive so Thankyou all.would definitely recommend them

The staff was very helpful answered all our questions and could not do enough to help us and brought us refreshments while we was making our minds up

Tony the sales assistant was so polite and helpful his customer service was great we left the store very satisfied with our purchase.

In your Rotherham store from arriving to leaving there was a warm feeling , no hard sell or pushy sales people just normal experienced fully knowledgeable staff who you could be honest with of what you were looking for and open to direct questions relating to lead times etc .

Adrian assisted us very well and wasn't pressuring us at all.
Slight complaint about the store not having a lift - my mother walks with a stick and found it difficult to get to the upper levels.

No pressure sales, lovely knowledge staff and a cup of tea
