Staff let us take our time and supported us to make the sofa fit the space giving different options

My experience was made great by Hannah Hussein being so natural and not being pushy in any way,she left it for me to make the decision of what to buy,and just helping me when required.Thank you.

We were greeted shortly after we came into the store,but then left free to look around and although we weren't "followed round" we were aware that the staff kept an eye out for if and when we needed to speak to them.

We’ve been looking for new sofas for a while and had visited the store a few times and spoken to Phil, who was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful, but really laid back, friendly and not at all pushy (unlike one other local retailer in particular).

We hope the rest of our Sofology experience is as positive and the purchase process.

We liked the fact that we were left alone to decide ourselves which sofa we liked instead of pushy sales staff following us around and interfering, which we experienced at other sofa centers
