As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a colleague and was introduced to Leon. Very friendly, gave helpful recommendations and left happy after purchasing a sofa. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Honest, straight to the point, quick service.

Was a great experience from initially looking to buy a new sofa, through to actually buying one. We first visited to have a look around the Solihull store after looking on line. We was welcomed to the store by Aliza, but most importantly wasn’t pressured, we was given time and space to browse at our leisure. We looked at and tried various sofas and actually decided we liked one we hadn’t even considered online the most. We went off on our first visit to another well known sofa shop not far away to compare what we had tried here, we fairly soon came to the conclusion none of these didn’t come close to what we had tried at sofology. We returned the following day and was again greeted by Aliza who was once again very pleasant and knowledgeable and we couldn’t fault her in anyway. We soon had our new sofa on order and was left to stay and play with the showroom one as long as we wanted. All round great experience, very pleasant and smiley staff and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Neil and Leon were so helpful and patient over our 3 visits to find our sofa.

The sofas were unable to be delivered as they did not fit through our internal doors. We were assured by the customer sales assistant that the sofa would fit after providing measuments , she also advised the arms of the sofa could be dismantled. The delivery team and the various people i have spoken to since friday are unable to provide me with an update on if this is possible ( removing the arms) or on the next possible steps. The lining on the sofa was also ripped upon inspection from the delivery team when they took it out of the van. This is very dissapointing from a so called premium company.

Our experience was easy and relaxing , no pressure , bought a sofa stress free quick and easy. Leon was very police and friendly helpful as was Eliza on our previous visit.
This is our 2nd purchase this year, and would definitely recommend Sofology ..

Great selection of sofas. Store is well laid out, and there is parking right outside the store. Neal was very helpful in assisting us to choose the right sofa. Great customer service.

No pushy sales people but plenty of staff to help if needed. Quick and simple process to purchase on finance, everything explained well

From the moment we walked into the store there was no pressure Leon introduced him self and let us no where he was if we needed any help or questions answered it was nice to not be followed around once we found our perfect sofa Leon was on hand to go through everything with us and it was a great smooth experience there was a lovely gentleman working along side Leon who was very nice to vert happy with our experience today
