Customer service on point. Made order easy and less stressful. A coffee would of been nice

Excellent service from start to finish with the Solihull team. They were patient with us and explained the process and helped the choice as well with the aftercare available.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and made it easy for us to make our choice. Hopefully the rest of the purchase will be as successful.

We were approached when we walked in and greeted by a member of staff who gave us a brief explanation, offered us a drink, and let us know they were there to help if needed, then left us alone to browse. This was so much better than many places where you feel hounded by staff.

The two members of staff we dealt with were both very personable, friendly and welcoming. Well done!

Salesman Yaqs pleasant and knowledgeable, however did not hand us a promised copy of the guarantee we purchased. Our Sofology account does not work despite many attempts. Contact with Sofology very poor trying to get a copy of the guarantee and sort out online access. Neither is resolved.

Went in to buy a sofa we'd previously seen. Spotted a different one as we walked through the store, at twice the price, but when the method of production and quality of materials were explained to us, it was an easy decision to buy.

Ali explained everything to us, without pushing a sale and the whole experience was enjoyable and relaxed.

I knew what sofa I wanted just had to decide over 2 x2 seater or 2 + 3 seater, staff were friendly and no pressure to hurry my decision, I can't wait fir it to arrive now

There was no pressure on the sale, Leon took his time and showed care to make sure he understood what were looking for. He had great product knowledge.

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me time to look around the store and I received no pressure, the manager was super and we ordered a sofa with Yaqub who was also very helpful and professional, thank you Solihull Team :-)
