Great experience at Sofology Mersey…
Great experience at Sofology Mersey Retail park in Speke Liverpool. I called in here just by chance on my way to another major sofa store and I was pleasantly surprised with the range. I moved quickly around the store knowing exactly what I was looking for but unsure if it existed. However the store person was not deterred by my exact list of requirements and together we quickly found two love chairs that were a perfect fit for my snug. Delivery is approximately 6 weeks . The sales person quickly explained the care regime to maximise the life of my new chairs, so I bought a care pack too. I am hoping it comes with two cushions per chair which he assured me it would. He was knowledgeable, polite and did not pressure me to buy it which is refreshing. Well done sofology your sales people are a credit to you.

Stephen at the Liverpool Speke showroom was very helpful in guiding us to choose a sofa that would support my neck issues. He took the time to consider my needs, and I had a really positive experience.

Speke Store
Went to Speke store. Amy Murray was lovely. She was so personable yet professional. She was really patient and made suggestion which enhanced our product such as gliders, she got to know our needs really well.

Helpful staff
We came into the Speke store a few times to find the perfect sofa. We were helped by Peter each time who was really friendly and answered all of our questions without putting pressure on us to buy straight away and was very helpful in explaining payment options and protection plans.
Would definitely be back in the future and would reccomend to others.
