Salesman was very helpful snd knew his job he was very relaxed wasnt pushy an all good experience

The young lad that served us, was personable, friendly, helpful and a credit to the speke store

A pleasent store with Good quality furniture. No pressure from the sales team. We took our time walking around and once we found what we wanted the sales team were there to help with the purchace.

The excellent advice that we received from Gary Lamb and Stephen Woo helped us to choose the reclining chairs that we wanted. Highly recommended.

Yet to receive the sofa, but the experience was excellent. The staff weren’t pushy and I was allowed to walk around without pressure to find a sofa I wanted. The service through purchasing was easy and made very clear. I did try other stores but personally for me the best value offerings for the price range is this shop.

Highly recommend this lovely friendly store! We knew we wanted a new sofa but there were different family opinions of what we should buy, which was fun I’m sure for the staff member who’s middle name was Jordan! He helped combine all our wants to the perfect sofa, we cannot wait to receive this soon 🤩

I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who assisted us in our sofa sale, which is a shame because he deserves huge credit with his customer service.

The staff member who dealt with our queues and eventual purchase deserved more than 5 stars. She was amazing.

The sales assistant, Cloe, was more than helpful. She went out of her way to research options for us and show us the differences between different products, so that we were able to make a purchase with confidence.
