I visited the Speke retail store where I was helped by Amey, she was friendly polite and professional, lm looking forward to receiving my new sofa and chair soon.

Stephen was knowledgeable regarding the products in store. He was really friendly and professional making our experience really easy and stress free. He explained the process really well and provided us with key information regarding our order.

Steven was brilliant! Hard shopping with two young children he sorted our whole order to process at home, however when the website failed I had to ring up and he put the whole transaction through over the phone

So helpful and now we’ve got our sofa in time for Christmas can’t thank him enough!

Came into store to purchase a sofa set, amazing customer service and advice from Anita, who couldn’t be more helpful. Stephen also offered advice on the phone. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommend.

First of all sean who helped us was brilliant, he went through everything we needed to know.
There was no pressure selling which was great because i hate that, he helped us make our choice which we are very happy with.

We had purchased a 4 and 3 seater from ScS previously and enjured a terrible experience as we paid an extra £270 r aftercare and was told we had qualified for a service to have a minor stain removed after inspection was carried out then had an email 2 weeks later to say we did not fit the criteria so have this time as well as other family members decided to stick with Sofology

Your assistant, Rebecca, went out of her way to be helpful. She took her time and showed us the full range of items that she thought would fit our needs and the range of covers available. I have never shopped with Sofology before, but I would certainly do so again.
