We recently purchased a sofa from the Straiton store in Edinburgh and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Harrison was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore the different options available, and made sure we found the perfect sofa for our home without ever feeling pressured.
His friendly and professional approach made what can sometimes be a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. We're delighted with our new sofa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sofology at Straiton to anyone looking for great customer service.

Visiting the store in Straiton, we were greeted by Tonia. We are very aware of pressure sales, but she was incredibly professional and engaging. Not only informative but very endearing. We were visiting from Fife and said we would probably purchase through our local store. She explained the process and it didn’t deter her to go the extra mile for us. In turn we are going to go back to purchase from her.

Customer service was excellent. Not too pushy and guiding us to the right decision.

I had such a lovely experience at Sofology choosing a sofa for my first home. Jonathan was fantastic – friendly, approachable and always on hand if I had any questions.

What I appreciated most was being able to wander around and take my time without feeling pressured in any way. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, while still knowing there was help available whenever I needed it.

The process was pretty straight forward particularly being able to complete the order from the comfort of my home. The only negative point was that the sales person in the showroom said the sofas would take up to 11 weeks to arrive but the website and order confirmation said from 11 weeks. We are hoping they will arrive sooner rather than later.

Johnathon was very helpful at showing us the ranges of sofas that suited our requirements.
Once we had come to a decision on the sofas we wanted to purchase, he was very thorough in explaining the purchasing procedure , ensuring that we were completely happy with our choice, estimated delivery date, etc.

Jonathan was absolutely superb! Very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with.

Colin was extremely helpful from the beginning he helped with colour style and sizing to fit the right sofa for us.
He never pressured us to buy then and there and when we came back a few days later he was happy to see us and just as helpful!
