Sofology - Straiton Edinburgh レビュー 

The salesperson instore was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and showed us different options to best meet our needs. We were keen to take delivery of an armchair as quickly as possible and she was able to check a list of items that were available for immediate delivery from the warehouse - we chose from this list and the armchair arrived within a week. We're very pleased with it and would choose to shop at Sofology again.

Harrison, the sales representative who we dealt with was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with us.
He had humour and a good personality, wasn’t a thpical sales person who you would dread

This company is a rip-off merchant.

They charge you £130 for delivery which is extortion, I told the colleague it’s cheaper to hire a van and come and pick it up. She told me I can’t do that for their insurance purposes, so we had no choice but to pay the £130 for delivery of a two-seater sofa.
The sofa cost £800 so another 16.25% for delivery on top which won’t come for 11 weeks or something.

We went to Next just after and ordered a corner sofa much bigger with delivery after 7 days and only £30 for delivery!

When we got home we were so annoyed it this scam that we enquired about cancelling it after a couple of hours. No one to speak with and had an email from one of the other colleagues saying we’d have to pay them another 25%😂

Personally I will never buy from this place again and would advise anyone else to avoid it like the plague

The workers were nice, patient, and well informed about the products that were selling.

We came in to look, ending up buying, we found an excellent product with the help of Harrison, he knew his stuff, did not put any pressure on us to buy, your products sell themselves when you have great staff who know their stuff

Apologies for the delay in sending this response. My partner Kaylin and I popped into Sofology a few weeks ago. We were greeted by your colleague Jonathan. He was very friendly, helpful and polite. After a good look around the store we chose the couch we liked and Jonathan went through all the relevant information with us. Jonathan is a credit to the company.

The staff are great. Very knowledgeable and go through everything with you. Very approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend.
