Pleasant staff. Lengthy purchase period and a long time to wait for delivery- over two months! I’m inclined to wait till delivery to judge my experience finally. Not Warrington store. In Stockport .

Plenty of choice
Plenty of choice. Wasn't chased round the store by sales people but the sales people always on hand to help. Excellent service this is my 3rd sofa from sofology

Excellent customer service…
I have been into the store twice now in past 6 weeks and have always been approached and welcomed and the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly without being too pushy in their sales approach.
I have visited other competitors and sofology was the only one to offer me fabric samples, I really appreciated this as it has helped me reach a difficult decision over colour option.
Staff members on both visits very informative and able to answer any questions/ queries I had.
Order process was quick and easy

Very nice atmosphere, John helped us and he was very friendly, professional and informative. He wasn’t pushy and made us feel comfortable. Definitely recommended
