We found our experience brilliant at York while buying new sofas.
Tim Jones was most helpful in explaining all features, sizes and all aspects of choosing and purchasing our sofas.
Also thanks to the young lady who greeted us and was also very helpful. I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name.

Gemma was amazing throughout our order. The second time we have been served by Gemma and both times were fantastic. This time we encountered an issue with our sofa order, but Gemma at Sofology handled it with exemplary professionalism. She communicated clearly and concisely throughout, keeping us informed without unnecessary delay or confusion. Her calm approach and proactive updates made a potentially stressful situation feel manageable and well-supported.

We visited the York store on two occasions as we couldn’t make decisions. Daria was amazingly welcoming, but not in a typical salesperson way, chasing us round. She talked through with us what we wanted and showed us what they had available. She moved furniture around in the shop, just so we could see variations of things and was honest. She was patient and informative and guided us through the process with expertise. We left the shop with our orders placed and happy we have made the best decisions for us. Would highly recommend Daria and Sofology.

The showroom in York is very big and it has dozens and dozens of sofas to choose from and to sit on. I enjoyed my visit, the models on display cover several tastes and options. We choose our sofa quite quickly, spoke with Chris and bought a new sofa on the same day. Just waiting for it to be delivered now, so I cannot comment on the quality of the sofa I will actually receive.

Visited York’s Sofology for a second time staff were welcoming and friendly lovely sofas. James was great he explained everything well to do with the sofa care kit etc however didn’t know about the delivery charge till we saw the confirmation email when we got home. The sofas are more top range price but the quality seems really good we are looking forward to receiving our order. Would recommend

Brilliant customer service from Tim Jones today. Very informative on recliner chairs for my grandma.

All members of staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgable but not pushy, we were able to look around in a relaxed environment before making our purchase.

Fabulous choice of sofas..no high pressure sales....a leisurely wander round the shop. Plenty of sales assistants to help and speedy, efficient purchase.
The only downside is the large delivery charge!!!!

The Salesman at Clifton moor York shop Chris was very helpful knew his stuff and sorted us out with a new sofa in a short period of time .There was no hassling to buy we could just browse till we could find the right sofa

Chris @ the York branch (Clifton Moor) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Chris was really helpful when I first visited and had questions about dimensions of other layouts and continued when I revisited today to make a decision. I like that we were welcomed and staff were visible and approachable but didn’t hover or bother us and we wandered about. We were given lots of clear information and Chris answered all our questions.

Staff friendly and helpfull they leave you alone to look around and are there with you if you need help ...coffee given as you browse ..every thing is set out so lovely would recommend thank you to the lovely staff and customer service of York sofaolgy
