Very helpful staff, allowed us to browse…initially what turned into just a visit to look at sofas transpired into a purchase a couple of days later!! Tim was very friendly and fun, Magnus thought he was great in particular.

Magnus being our 8 year old son.

Visited York Sofology this morning, had an excellent experience thanks to Tim who helped us. He is a credit to your store he was so helpful, had amazing customer service. Looking forward to our new sofa arriving ☺️

Really helpful lady at shop in York (Stacey).
Swatch arrived very quickly but had to ring up to order it manually as the system wouldn't allow swatch ordering (either whilst we were in the shop or via website from home).
Ordering online was nice and easy.
Also the sofa looks fantastic in the showroom and we like the fact there is a lifetime guarantee on the frame.
Looking forward to it arriving.

We had the manager of the Clifton moor store, she was amazing (didn’t catch her name) she approached us as we was walking around, she just said if we have any question to come find her, which is great as you don’t want someone breathing down your back. We then wanted to purchase the sofa, she was very kind, made you feel welcome and made the ordering process easy. She would talk about other things whilst we were waiting for the next steps so it wasn’t awkward. Definitely recommend this store for an easy process.

Huge range of sofas. Good customer care, great knowledge and not too pushy. Tim was spot on.

I have just brought a new sofa and chair from here The man who helped us Tim was really helpful not pushy at all and gave us all the information we needed.

Visited York store today to purchase a new suite.Tim was very helpful in my purchase and gave me some good tips on keeping my new suite in good condition.Tim was very diligent throughout the sales process and not pushy in any way.I was very impressed with the whole sales process and how quick it was.
Look forward to receiving my new suite in about 6 weeks time.

Went to Sofology York the other day, Nadine looked after us, anything we wanted to know Nadine had the answer. She wasn’t pushy, it was a pleasure to do business with her.

Ordering was fine, Very pleasant. No problem.

Delivery charges are disgraceful . We only ordered a small two seater sofa not a full suit.... That spoilt the day and will make us think twice next time.
