Purchased 3 fans from Home Depot. Nice design and value for the price. One of the lights started dimly flickering at night while the fan was running but light was off. I emailed the company and received a response a few days later. Overall I had a good experience with customer service. They sent some new parts, which came extremely fast and that fixed our problem.

This fan on its 4 ft down rod is as sleek, clean and contemporary as it gets. No extra bumps, screws, nuts, tags...nothing. Pure simplicity!

Great customer service! I have so far installed four fans of similar models. Only one has malfunctioned and the support folks at Sofucorfan have responded quickly and satisfactorily. They have sent me replacement parts immediately and have ensured my products continue to act as expected. Will continue looking to Sofucorfan for my fixtures!

I recently bought (2) Sofucor 48" ceiling fans and I love them. They have a beautiful design and a smooth, quiet output. I only wish I could use a wall switch to turn the fan on and off (and use the remote to adjust the fan speed). Unfortunately, the fan only works with a remote.

I accidentally dropped the motor and ceiling clamp cover while installing and damaged them. Called customer service and they were happy to send me the two replacement parts. Receive them quickly. Great customer service. Will purchase from this company again. Thanks.

I bought my fan at Home Depot and a 48 in extension rod with it.
After unpacking I realized I dont have long enough wires for the installation!
I contacted SofucorFan and they sent my the wires. The contact was very friendly and my next fan is going to be another SofucorFan .

Sofucorfan’s customer service is outstanding. We purchased one of their ceiling fans 2 years ago. We were in need of a balance kit (became unbalanced by our painter)and I kept no receipt or order #. Their customer service department sent me a kit at no charge. Couldn’t be happier!

We have an older model fan which just quit working one day. We contacted the company for help. Because the fan is an older model after advising of the steps to check things out, they are sending us the parts we need free of charge! Very helpful and generous-which is hard to find these days! I contacted them regarding a broken ceiling fan blade. There response was quick. They sent out a new set of blades within a few days. Great service.

I have FINALLY found a quiet fan!!! Seriously. I’m used to hunter and Hampton bay fans. I scoured reviews from numerous sources and decided on a sofucorfan and we have now bought 2 more. They are quiet, modern, and easy to install and we love the remote. Thank you!!

Our Sofucor fan arrived promptly, was well packed, and in good condition. We had no issues with assembly or installation thanks to the clear instructions. The fan is very quiet and works great. We are very happy with the purchase.

These fixtures are blend very well with our large living/dining great room. They were easy to install and operate. We like the ease of operation and ability to change the lighting.

Purchased two Sofucor 52 Inch Smart Modern Ceiling Fans in black off of Amazon. No issues with setting up or pairing the receivers. They're deathly silent, which is great for my wife, who is a light sleeper.

Thought we lost our remote. Purchased a replacement, but found the previous one by the time it arrived. Customer service was great setting up the refund without a hassle. Highly recommend the fan and this company.
