the company is very efficient and helpful and great service . kind and friendly people will recommend

Customer service was very helpful sending me the older version of an LED light replacement.

Absolutely hands down the best fans money can buy. I started out just buying one sofucorfan, next thing I know I’ve replace all my fans with sufucorfan. Best fans money can buy!

I purchased several indoor ceiling fans in 2022 for our new home. The fans have worked fantastically since purchase. A couple of them recently had light failures and I was able to purchase new light components from the website. Turns out that I bought the wrong lights. I reached out to Sofucorfan and they are taking care of my issue. They have been very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend.

Love the design of the fan. Works perfectly in our bedroom and looks great!

We love our new fan! It’s quiet and very stylish. It was easy to install and I highly recommend Sofucofans!

Great communication and clarity. I was missing a part and they sent it to me quickly

This is the best ceiling fan ive ever had. even on the lowest setting it pushes a massive amount of air. its been a phenomenal addition to my work desk espeically since i get direct sun light through the windows and it gets hot and humid. however this fan has allowed me to stay cool without running the AC. its also very quiet and the instructions were super clear. installing it took about 45 minutes. time well spent. I also like the various light settings for brightness and hue. The remote control is very handy. I loved this fan so much I recommended it to my mom who installed the larger version in her covered patio.

The fans look great in our bedrooms and the quality is outstanding.

Great customer service and a fan that we enjoy and timely responses to the questions we had.

The product was great. Easy to install, and worked out perfectly. Also as for installing, there was lots of space with the wires because some of the other markers don’t give you much space for that. Really appreciated that. Plus it was a great value for the product. Just really happy about the fan and their products offered.

We had an issue with a fan receiver not responding to the remote. It took a few attempts to find the appropriate support person to help us out. Once Noa was on the case, we received the right replacement parts in short order. I was impressed with Sofucor's support system. They continued to respond to my inquires until the issue was resolved. Good work!

Great product. Quality is top notch! Easy to install and looks great in my house. Highly recommend.

The features on the fan are very advanced. It is in my Hawaiian home bedroom. I can control the fan and light from lying in bed there or even from my house in Las Vegas.
The fan looks great, stylish and is very quiet. The DC motor saves in electrical costs and you can't beat the $ value. Love it!

This fan was so easy to install, is made with good and sturdy materials, is very attractive in the room, and most importantly it works great. I have now purchased 2 fans from this company and will do it again.

Excellent customer service and immediate response and solution to my concerns.

They sent me a replacement DC Remote module, and I installed it. The fan is now working again Wooohooo High Five🤗
I truly appreciated the help and support in getting my light/fan working again. You guys are absolutely amazing 👏. If I ever have to buy another fan, I will definitely choose one of yours. I will also recommend your fans to anyone I know because these fans are super easy to install and your customer service support is top notch.
Thanks again.

The customer service I received was amazing and this was only for a very small part I needed. I have tried the contact us emails for several companies and most of the time I get no response. With Sofucorfan they got right back tome and helped me out in a big way. Thank You Sofucorfan!

We purchased beautiful outdoor fans for our new home and when installed one would not work properly. The help and support we received was above and beyond anything we expected. We received the parts we needed and complete instructions and didn't have to remove and replace several fans. All is working perfect now, looks wonderful, and we are thankful for the kind help we received all through this interaction. Great company.

Love this company. Their fans are beautiful. Their customer service is amazing. I will definitely be ordering my bedroom fan from Sofucorfan. Highly recommend them.
