I realise I had purchased from Sohostyle.co.uk so not sure if this is same company.
Pleased with the product, man's Jersey shirt. It was a product I'd been looking for and was hard to find.
However, I did not read the reviews here until after I placed the order. Then I was really worried that it was a scam site. Too late to cancel, so I was very pleased that product actually arrived and was quite acceptable. The delivery took about 4 weeks, which is the only disadvantage I could mention.

Very disappointed with the dress I ordered, Sizing completely wrong. I am an 80 year old lady, they want a photo of the dress and the label. I haven't got a clue how to do that. I just feel they don't believe me, and will do anything to avoid giving me a refund. I would not recommend this company. Delivery longer than exxpected.

SCAM. If you made the mistake of ordering from them too & have been told to send returns to China at your expense - request a pay dispute through your bank. I got a full refund through Nationwide. I sent in evidence that their website does not state this & my email correspondence where ‘Lisa’ basically admitted they’re knowingly scamming people. “I'm truly sorry if this wasn't as clear as it should have been.”
Interestingly, as soon as I opened the pay dispute they were bombarding me with emails offering me a full refund if I closed the dispute!
They couldn’t give me their crap clothes for free! Bin them!

Absolutely trash company, product and customer service.
Low quality Chinese made products with now labels at all (which is mandatory to sell in UK by the way) and when you ask to return, they will tell you that shipping has to be paid by us which guess what, you have to return it to an Asian address where their depot is !
In order to get my money back, I had to contact Citizen advice consumer services which guided me how to get my money back from my bank which I eventually did.
So if you are reading this, you can still get the money back from them. Do not settle and let them go away with this !

My humble advice to anyone considering buying from Sohostyle-London is simple: do not buy from this company.

This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. I became a victim because I failed to read the reviews beforehand. If you are reading this review before placing an order, consider yourself warned.

The company presents itself as a UK-based retailer, but my experience was very different. The merchandise I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website. The quality did not match the images or expectations created by the product descriptions.

What made matters worse was the refund process. Trying to get my money back became an exhausting and stressful experience. It felt as though every possible obstacle was placed in my way to discourage me from returning the items. The communication was difficult, and the process took far longer than it should have.

The products are not cheap, which may give buyers confidence that they are purchasing high-quality merchandise. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that expectation.

I am sharing this review to help other consumers avoid the same mistake I made. Before purchasing from this company, please read independent reviews carefully.
They'll offer you different refund discount and will never refund full amount.

I would not buy from this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Absolute scam - I ordered a linen shirt and the shirt that arrived was a poorly made polyester shirt. The scam occurs when you try to return.
Email the company asking for a uk returns label and refund and then report to your bank

I would start at the point of delivery. The two items that I ordered (Ethan pants & Douglas Shirt)were simply crushed together & put in a bag & on unpacking looked awful & were obviously very creased. Neither of the items had labels of any kind. So no information in respect of material, origin or washing guidelines. The material & finish of the garments is exceedingly poor with threads untrimmed on seams & buttons. Overall, a real dissappointment. I would not purchase from Soho Style again. This company is lucky it got one star if it had a zero that's what they would of got this company is a scam I paid 29.99 for a pair of trainers when they arrived they were so thin and flimsy they weren't worth the money I got a email to say that I could have 35% discount and keep the shoes I'm not going to take that when I took them to the post office and they cost me 25 pounds to send them back what a joke so if you are thinking of buying from this company don't you have to send them back to China when it says london

I think people like this should be banned from selling to the UK. To have to pay £29 for a dress advertised as linen, and got the thinnest cotton dress, which seems like it going to rip at anyt8me is disgusting. People, dont use this place.😡😡😡

Ordered a dress which looked lovely on the website. Looked to be a UK based company. The dress arrived and was extremely poor quality and see through. Tried to return for a refund and was told it can only be sent to their China warehouse. This would cost £30. They then tried to say they'd refund 20% and I could keep the dress. This is a SCAM. The bank have told me these online shops are popping up and scamming lots of people by asking for a return to China -and they know you won't bother as too expensiVe. AVOID this company at all costs!

The company is based in China, nothing to do with London soho. Returns are almost impossible because you have to pay shipping costs and they will charge you even if you ask for a refund, by deducting a large percentage from your refund. Quality of the garment I obtained was not worth the cost. However, I did receive correspondence, which is what gives them 2 stars However the deception should not be allowed.

oredered a dress showing as in stock. Took three weeks to arrive. Clearly hasnt come from London even though the shop shows a London address. When dress eventually arrived the sizing was way too small and not as good quality as appeared on-line. Complete waste of money and not even going to bother returning after reading reviews on here

Company says London but clearly not, payed £39 for a dress thats not worth even £20, sent email to find out how to return and all I got offered was 20% refund or 50% discount off next order which i won't be doing, from other reviews its not worth even trying to return as you wont get a penny back.

Absolutely dreadful. Do not order from this shop. The worst quality I have ever seen. If they gave clothes to me for free I wouldn't take them.

Do not use - avoid completely. Clearly not based in London or even in the UK. Wish I'd seen the reviews before buying 3 dresses 'on offer'. They arrived and didn't fit right at all, awful quality.
This 'company' are a total scam and the website needs closing down. I refused to accept their offers of partial refunds and discounts on further purchases and paid shipping to China as I simply wanted a refund. Surprise, surprise, 'Lisa' is now saying my parcel cannot be found and perhaps has been lost in transit. I sent my parcel months ago! I'm furious with myself that I fell for 'fast fashion' and that this company have been allowed to rip sooo many people off.

I ordered a pair of zara high wasted boot leg jeans. What I received was NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ON THE SITE. I have emailed this company to ask about returning the jeans, but heard nothing. So my adivice: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN OUTFIT ANYTHING LIKE YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE. TOTAL SCAM.

Poor quality and misleading information! I ordered 2 shirts from the website, the shirts I received were not the colour that was on the website, the quality is extremely poor and they have refused to refund the money. They said I either return the items at my own expense to China or take a 50% refund. Neither of which I am happy with, they website says if the item is incorrect they will cover the return but they are refusing to do so. It is also extremely misleading that they have a London address on their website but expect me to return the item to China?? I will definitely not recommend them, I will not be ordering from them again, it seems someone from the UK has set up a website and when they get an order they place an order on Temu or something, no wonder the quality and item is nothing as advertised on their site. I also received the item after 2 weeks, I only ordered because I thought it was based in UK. Honestly, don't waste your money on this site, the customer service is atrocious as well, I didn't receive a response for over a week and I had to send them an email again to see if anyone will reply. I have still not received my "50% refund" which they only agreed to after I refused a "30% refund and 50% off my next order", I have no use of the 50% off because of how atrocious the quality of their product is, literally Temu items advertised as "good quality". I will also be reporting them to the ombusdman

Ordered shirts from this company took a good while to arrive, found out they come from China. They are very cheap looking and poor quality. Now having hassle getting a refund, so be warned

Don't buy from this website! The clothes that arrive are clearly cheap knock offs shipped directly from China. They are charging extortionate prices for quality worse than Shein or Temu. When I tried return a jumper that quite clearly did not match the image on their website I was offered a 20% refund. Yes 20%! Oh and a generous offer for 50% off my next order...

While the customer service emails may come from "Lisa" they seem to be exclusively sent between midnight and 6am and apparently items have to be returned internationally. There is NOTHING "London" about this brand.

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your money on terrible quality clothes.
