Order 2 air conditioner units months ago. The reviews at the time seemed okay so I gave them a try. That was a poor decision. This scam of a company shows the package was delivered to us in a city that's a few hours away. They have no answers and of course say stay patient etc. Scam

SONGLIYOU LIMITED is the name of this scam company. The invoice from STRIPE payments shows an email lilisong at youngladyschoice dot com and a telephone contact number +44 7862 426549.

They have charged $56.89 (US Dollars) from my card and have never delivered the items (Cordless vacuum dyson style machines) to my address. Upon chasing, they have first informed the goods were late and then after that they have provided me with a tracking number from Royal Mail showing a delivery in WIGAN. I live 76 miles away from Wigan and the map on the royal mail website shows clearly that this has never been delivered to my address.

My bank's card dispute department is ran by advisors that are unable to cross the dots and see that the tracking number provided by the merchant doesn't match delivery address with my home address or the address on the invoice provided by the merchant so I'm struggling to get a refund from my bank because they are proving to be utterly incompetent.

STRIPE washes their hands for this fraudulent activity happening under their platform - they are enabling crime to be done on this country - and they push you back to your bank and state you have to raise a dispute through your bank.

The card holder gets on this infinite loop of one throwing the hot potato to the next one and people are being DEFRAUDED by this con artist business.

I have now reported this company to Action Fraud (actionfraud dot police dot uk) and advise everyone that have been conned by them to do the same. We only can stop crime if we make the police aware that crime is happening.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from songliyou limited on the 1st of July and I haven’t received it. Been emailing then every week but just saying it’s been dispatched and that I should receive a tracking number I never got. I’m so angry that i hope to get my £39.99 back

I stupidly ordered 2 items off Songliyou and after 8 weeks and 100 emails they still refused to refund me.. contacted my credit cards and they refunded me after having to send them all the emails
Then Songliyou had the nerve to dispute the refund with my credit card company

never recieved goods. they are a scam, take your money and not deliver. they just send emails saying 'its on the way' but 8 weeks later, nothing and no refund.

Why can you choose no stars when adding a review as this 'company' do not deserve any stars! I too stupidly ordered a Dyson Hooveron 13th July which has never arrived and I am 40 emails in trying to get a refund. I have told them they are scamming people but they persist with the same rubbish - be patient, they are contacting the logistics company etc etc. I noticed they use Stripe for payments, although not quite like PayPal where you can raise a complaint and obtain a refund it's my last resort. I am determined to get my money back from them, they are vile stealing from everyone.

I ordered a hoover on the 10th of July and it is now 8th September and they took the money the same day yet I have still not received it and they keep telling me to wait another few days over and over again, not once have they been able to provide me with a tracking number, has anyone been refunded or are they just getting away with this? I don't know what to do!

Ordered a pop up tent months ago and still haven't received it. After many emails saying it's on it's way they are now saying it's already been delivered and to take it up with my delivery service or my neighbour!!! Total scammers. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a trolley in May, supposed to use it in my holiday in July. Now its September and NO trolley and I got at least 30 mails saying I will get new tracking number, it's been sent, will update me soon........ and on and on and on. I had to buy another trolley for my vacation, so I would't carry my kid.
BIG SCAM. if it was possible I would put no star on this webpage. Keep away. Thay keep promising and break their promis. Not realise that not everyone has a million dollars to just buy new items somewhere else.

I bought an item off them at the beginning of July 2023 which I still haven't received as of 03/09/2023,they tried to tell me it was delivered to a neighbour,I asked my 7 neighbours in my quiet cul de sac and it wasn't delivered to either of them,I also have a security camera to which I viewed hours of footage and there wasn't any of a delivery from this company,after loads of emails and them asking me to wait another 5 day's,which I did and it still didn't arrive,I then emailed them telling them to refund my money,after a few days they emailed me refusing to give me a refund,I emailed them again and surprise surprise no reply.
Please do not buy from these people they are scammers taking peoples money with no intention of posting any items you may of purchased.

Order July several emails say is shipped in transit give few more days now September will report as fraud and scams paid 49.99 dollars

This is a SCAM too - items bought and been 8wks and still no delivery. Emailed several times and no response.
Contacting my CC for refund. They are NOT UK (London) based as advertised on website.

By being honest instead of scamming people out of their hard earned money

Ordered in early July, promised. 3 to 5 day’s delivery, from Manchester, then received an email saying be patient it’s coming from China? Then nothing , 50 emails later , still waiting, the agent doesn’t reply. Company has a comics house address in London, vacant ? Many weeks later no refund and the odd reply saying being patient, the tracker they use is a scam too, then they say it’s delivered, and go check your local post office and ask your family? I have cctv , no parcel was ever delivered. Scam. Claim to make tents ? Don’t think so , all profile’s claiming to receive goods are fake too. Complete scam, needs shutting down.Meta needs to watch companies like this , reported to FB as scammers.

I ordered an item in July 4th , 2023 and it is now August 10th and after various emails back and forth, the item is in transit, request for refund has netted zero. I am glad I only spent 35$ but it does not feel good to be scammed. The universe will correct all gains from deception and trickery.

Still no goods. Various emails saying goods on way, one even said it been delivered not to me asked for money back and told they can't do that. All done by emails.
