No issues within the first week but...
Bought for my daughter starting school.
Wanted something appropriate and flat backs for her comfort.
It was the first change after being pierced so I was hopeful with my choice from Solace.
No issues within the first week of having them changed but now, on two occasions have found her flat backs have fallen off.
After the first time i made sure it was on tight and she was fine for a few days. I was checking every day to make sure they were still on tight which they were but again the back have come off.
Update - customer service was helpful and they kindly sent out a replacement.

3 sets of earrings for my 10 year old granddaughter
Was fortunate to get 30% off the 3 sets of earrings for my young granddaughter as it was my first order. Excellent communication and prompt delivery. Kept informed as to dispatch and delivery. If you like paying for something and not receiving it then go for it!
I ordered a full week ago (#425998) and the tracking shows DPD haven’t even GOT my order. It says they have the order info but are waiting to receive the parcel. Solace say they sent it.. but things don’t just disappear into thin air without even being scanned once, surely.
I’ve messaged to chase my order twice, I paid for express delivery as I needed the items for going away and I informed them off this straight away. The first time I got fobbed off and told to wait a few more days even though the message that they were waiting to receive the parcel from Solace had been displayed for days already by that point. The second time I had to chase it they didn’t sort it and said someone would look into it - at that point if they had bothered sorting it I could still have had the items in time for going away but they didn’t.
Today they replied to say they’re going to send it ‘again’ (not sure it was ever sent in the first place as DPD never got it) and ‘free of charge’ which is cheeky because it’s not free of charge because I’ve paid for it LOL. Lo and behold by the end of today nothing has been sent once again.
Needed the items by today and they’ve been incredibly unhelpful. I’ve placed a couple of orders before and had no problems with delivery other than it being slow which is why I paid for express this time, but I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience this time. One of the pairs of earrings I’ve bought was replacing one of two pairs of hoops that have both ended up falling out and getting lost so I’m not sure how much I’d recommend them at all as I’ve never had that issue with any other earrings. Will likely not order from them again once I finally receive this order.

I will get back to your email and arrange this for you as soon as possible. At the same time, we are looking into the issue with the courier to establish exactly what has happened with the parcel and why the tracking has not updated as expected.
We’re taking this seriously and want to make sure we understand where the delay has occurred so we can prevent this from happening again.

Best earrings to stay in your ear
Easy to order, quick delivery. I bought earrings for my granddaughter, which she loved. Most earrings seem to dislodge and fall out from her ears but these are great!

Great service and very quick delivery. My grandaughter loved her bracelet for her 8th birthday. I got her the 4 pair of earrings and I got the jewellery case free, it's lovely.
I've purchased a few thing's from here and would definately buy again. Everything has been worth every penny.

Brilliant jewellery. Really great quality! I was sceptical at first as I have always only been able to wear gold earrings due to my ears reacting and these earrings have not irritated me!
