Not been able to wear traditional…
Not been able to wear traditional earrings for a very long time due to making my ears sore, but the solace huggie hoops are perfect. Had them in for nearly a week now and no soreness. Very pleased.

My daughter was having issues with earrings. We were recommended solace jewellery. We ordered a bundle deal. She loved them except a set of hoops we had didn't fit well. After a quick few emails to customer service we were able to return that pair and exchanged them for a better fitting pair.

Wow!
Wow! I got my seconds pierced 5 months ago and they were still enflamed, painful and just wouldn't heal.
Since switching to the solace flat backs I'm not exaggerating when I say that within 3 days all the irritation had gone. Both lobes settled down and I can now swap between the different pairs I bought with ease.
Best hypoallergenic jewellery on the market hands down.

Beautiful products, quick shipment, I ordered 2 bundles with 4 sets of earrings, on delivery I noticed 1 pair was missing, it would have been a mistake as I’d picked 2 of the same earrings (one for each bundle) I emailed and got a reply back straight away with an apology and within minutes received a second email to say it was being packaged and posted. The customer service was second to none, truly the best I’ve received. Will definitely shop with them again

Beautiful but took a reaction
I ordered a few pairs of beautiful earrings online but unfortunately took a reaction (very common for me as I have very sensitive ears).
I emailed them and they were brilliant. The customer service team were very efficient, helpful and understanding.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a return customer for purchasing presents.

Amazing!
I've bought a fair few pairs of earrings from Solace for both myself & my daughter. My daughter has sensory processing & always wears the flat back earrings. She wears them continuously & is comfortable to wear overnight too without issue. I have eczema & most earrings make my ears burns & go red as soon as I put them in but I have not experienced this with Solace. I too wear my earrings overnight which I haven't been able to do with other pairs. The designs are lovely & great prices. Highly recommend!

I ordered a build your own set with the little jewellery box, loved everything, really good value too, mixed metal hoops, huggies with enamel inlay, and two pairs of flat back studs, really lovely stuff, good quality, and beautiful packed. After a few days I noticed one of the huggies came off really easily and the next time it came off I nearly lost it. I wrote to customer services who responded that it sounded like a manufacturing problem and they would get another earring out to me ASAP. And they did, but they actually sent me a new pair not just one, which arrived today. I'm so impressed with their prompt service and the lovely replies from customer services, 10/10 from me, thank you x

What a lovely company!
What a lovely company!
First of all, the jewellery is absolutely gorgeous, and my young daughters love their flat-back earrings.
Secondly, I had a few issues with my order, but they were dealt with incredibly quickly by the customer service team, who were fantastic and so understanding. I’d especially like to thank Arna, who looked into everything for me and even noticed that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. She kindly arranged to send me the correct size, which I really appreciated.
The whole situation was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. I’m very grateful, and so are my daughters. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
