The only place I buy jewellery from. I trust the metal won't make me go red and scratch EVER, I love the styles, the prices are good value and when I've needed help from customer services, they went above and beyond. I've ordered three times. These are the most comfy earrings I've ever owned and the metal is pure.

Gorgeous jewellery, great offers and always something new.
I have recently made a second order from Solace Jewellery after being so pleased with my first order! I wanted some flatback earrings for my second piercings and a variety of hoops and studs to switch around. My first order was an adult bundle for £40 which includes a great little jewellery case. The package is delivered on time, it looks beautiful and everything is individually wrapped and sparkly. I was so happy with it all I’ve recently ordered a second bundle! I can leave my earrings in all the time knowing they’ll last, won’t tarnish and they won’t irritate. If you need some day to day earrings or something a little fancier you need to shop here!

Pretty but unwearable
UPDATE: once customer service contacted me the issue was quickly resolved and they sent me some replacement earrings free of charge.

The earrings are very pretty but I can't push them through my ear due to the threaded posts, so they're useless.
Customer service sent a nice email to see how I was getting on, which I replied to, but almost 2 weeks later and I still haven't had a response.

Love them!
I absolutely love this brand! Last year, I bought around 13 pairs of earrings from them because the quality is just that good. They’re stylish, comfortable, and genuinely hypoallergenic. I have a severe nickel allergy (any earrings containing it usually make my ears swell and even cause discharge) but I’ve had none of those issues with any of their pieces.
Their customer service is also excellent. Recently, one of my butterfly earrings lost a stone, so I reached out to ask about getting it repaired. They told me it wouldn’t be necessary and kindly sent me a brand new pair for free.
I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

I received a pair of Lightning studded…
I received a pair of Lightning studded bolt earrings for my birthday, they have stayed in amazing condition and have not tarnished or affected my ears. Recently I lost the backs to the earrings and got in touch with the brand to see what I could do to replace them, communication was so fast and polite and they kindly sent me out some pairs of new backs. Lovely shop and good customer service …
Wasn’t sure what to expect being online but my earrings arrived quick and they are lovely. I bought three sets, one had a clasp that wouldn’t shut so I sent them a whatsapp and Vita sorted it straight away for me. Will buy again from here. Thank you :)

Flat back earrings a god send for newly pierced ears
Simply the best for newly pierced ears. Cannot recommend highly enough.
My daughter’s ears were irritated for months after being pierced. We kept them clean & they were not getting better after 10 months!
We found solace flat back earrings & have never looked back. My daughters ears healed so well. We’re so pleased.

I really wanted these to work
I really wanted these to work. Got the for my teenager who has a physical disability and sensory issues. Wanted them to stay in a lot of the time. They are very very difficult to get in and out - we do need to take the out at some point. Also, they are not secure- twice we have lost earrings because they just randomly fall out. The most difficult earrings to deal with. Ended up going to Tish Lyon instead and they put in a pair of theirs - they offer free switch outs etc if you have a few pairs too and give you a threading tool for changing. Sorry solace but spent too much now on buying replacements and replacement backs. Won’t be buying again.

Great customer service
I have ordered earrings from Solace multiple times. They have a lovely range for my daughter who likes the animal and seasonal designs. For the first time we had a problem with the quality of one of her earrings after she had only worn it a couple of times. I contacted Solace and they replied very quickly and offered a refund or replacement. We chose a replacement and it arrived a couple of days later. The whole process took less than a week and I couldn't be happier with their customer service.

Customer needs to pay for returns/exchanges
I ordered the chain which was incredibly short around the neck. In order to get a refund or exchange you need to pay for the shipping. Waste of money.

Starting to think this is a scam after…
Starting to think this is a scam after reading reviews and looking at comments on instagram. My order turned up and I was disappointed with the size and quality of the earrings so started a return. Not an easy process and now having to wait for further instructions on how to return the items. Not holding out much hope for ever getting a refund.
