loose backs so earrings lost and irritated ear
Ibought 2 pairs of implant grade titanium stud earrings for my daughter. The earring backs were very loose on one of the pairs - a heart shaped stud design and she has subsequently lost one of the earrings as the back came off and the earring fell out. The other pair have caused irritation and are very tight on her ear. I feel I have completed wasted my money.

Disappointing products and customer service
I have been a customer for years, but in the last 3 months the products and the customer service have been poor. Earrings that don't fasten well, wrong item sent, emails not replied to, "expedited" delivery sent as standard and so on. Cannot recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with the bracelet I ordered from Solace Jewellery. The picture didn't do it justice, it's beautiful.
It arrived very quickly, in recyclable packaging. The bracelet was in a beautiful pouch, if gifting would make it really special. I put it on immediately and haven't taken it off (about 2 weeks) with absolutely no irritation at all.
I am looking forward to buying gifts for friends and family and more for myself.

Wrong item received. No customer service.
The company mailed me the wrong item. Their website states that if you inform them (as apparently this happens quite regularly due to the volume they mail out), they will dispatch a returns label. I contacted customer service via emailed (as this is generally how they correspond with customers) and received an automatic response advising me to wait 72 hours for a reply. I waited. Heard nothing, but still received numerous emails about their latest offers. I emailed again explaining item was a gift. No response. i emailed again to explain i would now like a full refund. Again no response.
Alarm bells should have been ringing when a dispatch note and returns label were not included in the incorrect order i received.
I like to support small businesses, and i appreciate errors happen, however you expect them to be corrected quickly. I'd suggest they include a returns label with their delivery, so items can be returned quickly if there is an issue, and clarify their refunds policy. I think i shall be returning items at my own cost and contacting my bank to obtain a refund from this company.
PLEASE NOTE: Since writing the above review, customer service have contacted me directly to apologise. They sent me a returns label and assure me the correct item is on its way.19/01/26

Apparently they personally reply to all emails...just don't expect it to be speedy
I bought some earrings having not been able to wear earrings for years without irritation. Initially I was really impressed. Comfortable and pretty designs. Bought some more with a discount code. Code accepted and upon paying the discounts disappeared and price gone up by about £20. Emailed to cancel which happened quickly. Saw an advert online for 4 for £40 so purchased. Order arrived one pair damaged and when I took out one of my original pairs from solace which id been wearing a couple of weeks it had tarnished...titanium!! Emailed and whatsapped because solace "personally reply to.each message" (they dont specify a time frame). Got a WhatsApp reply which offered replacement. But nothing else despite reaching out several times. So no idea if earring replacements are being sent. Items seem ok but customer service is not great to non existent in my experience
Update.have just had follow up to my WhatsApp and my replacement earrings sre on the way.

I was looking for screw back earrings and was really happy to come across Solace jewellery online. The materials used for the earrings are high quality and do not make the ears sore. My 2 daughters have very sensitive ears and can only wear certain jewellery, I was slightly hesitant to order from here due to the prices being so âcheapâ.
