I purchased 2 sets of lights and was very happy with the quality but then one set stopped working. I contacted SolaGarden and, with no questions asked or proof required I was sent a replacement set. It was so lovely to deal with real people and for my issue to be resolved so effortlessly. I am sure I will be purchsing again as piece of mind is everything.

Not as bright as I had hoped they would be, sadly. No one even notices them.

Excellent products and exactly as described. I had a problem with one of the stair lighting and it was quickly dealt with and a replacement is on its way.

We love our festoon lights - they give the backyard a terrific vibe, especially during the festive season. When we had an issue with our solar panel, Paul was quick to remedy it and fast in his communication with us. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

i love my lights that are in ground beside driveway...3 of the 4 decided to stop working . I contacted Paul , he replied next day stating he was sending me replacements . They arrived 2 days later . Amazing post sales service and communication . Thank you Paul and company so much .

Great Australian product and prompt reply when I made a query. Easy to install, solar panel feels sturdy and has the added feature of charging via usb-c.

Thanks to Paul for replacing my previous order of SolaGarden Deck lights. They stopped working and I contacted the company and they sent out replacement ones quickly. Great product, great service.

I LOVE these lights. I bought one, then two, then three sets within 2 months.
They are a beautiful soft golden colour, not bright white like many solar lights. It makes the space inviting and warm, not harsh.
The service is fantastic- I had a minor issue with a charger that Paul and the team resolved within 24 hours.
I'm just looking at my garden to work out where the 4th set might go!

I purchased garden lights about 6 months ago, after 3 months I had about 8 not working. I emailed Paul and after explaining my situation and sending him a video of lights not working he sent me new ones, these arrived within a few days. My lights are so pretty and I get many compliments. What a great company, please support them.

First set of lights purchased stopped working after 2 years. Solagarden sent a replacement set within a few days of me contacting them, and the new set is even better quality than the previous. Fantastic service highly recommend.
