Solarsavingexperts レビュー

SSE delivered what was promised in a reasonable timescale. Their no nonsense straightforward approach was appreciated; no hard sell and no hidden costs. The installation was swift and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I engaged with Solar Saving Experts to assess the viability of a solar panel installation at my home.

From my intial enquiry, Logan and his team have been outstanding in customer relations and technical knowledge. All questions (and I had many!) were professionally and efficiently responded to.

I would have no hesitation is recommending SSE as a solar energy system installer.

Phoned up to notify wi-fi change at house. Nadia sent me instructions on how to reset my inverter plus a link to a helpful U tube video, within minutes. These enabled me to resolve the issue within half an hour. Pretty good service I thought.

Have recently had a second battery added to my solar system, first one also done by Solar Saving Experts, which also included an Inverter change.
All the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the electrician was very tidy and explained the work being done.
Nadia has been a fantastic coordinator from the office, promptly replying to calls or emails.
Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Solar Saving Experts!

Had the pleasure of working with Logan and he was an absolute gentleman, I’ll definitely save a pretty penny with all the tips he gave also!

Thanks again pal.

Already had solar panels and decided to fit a battery.
The whole process was carried out quickly and efficiently.
All staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything as we went along.
Would definitely recommend this firm.

We had been thinking about how a battery could save the energy generated by our PV panels for later use when we received a visit from SSE because they had noted our solar panels. They were extremely helpful and explained everything clearly so that we could all understand. The fitting went as planned and was done in a clean, efficient manner. In the two months since the battery was fitted we have already noted a drop in the amount of electricity we are drawing from the grid. Only too pleased to recommend this company to others.

We had solar panels installed in 2012 and SSE demonstrated to us the benefits of adding a battery to ensure we minimised the amount of power we were handing over to the grid. All the personnel we dealt with were courteous and professional .A call a couple of weeks after the battery was installed was welcome.

As we already had solar panels, we were looking to have a battery fitted to reduce our electricity costs. From start to finish the whole team have been fantastic with everything being explained clearly every step of the way and there was minimum disruption to us. Highly recommend this company.

Almost a year after installing the solar PV system, with a team of professional and experienced technicians with good system management, i installed an app to browse the solar panel and the transmitter. Everything was fine. Over 9 months, the internet transmitter for the Inverter was broken. So we sent an email and called the installer company to get help for the problem. We only hoped to send a technician in to check and repair the problem. As discussed, the warranty and after sales service. But no, It has been more than a month since the last email on October 9, 2024. Now the installer may think it is a small problem, so I don't want to care or know. But since the customer has purchased the product, the after sales service must also be important. Don't leave the customer with problems like this!

I recently had Solar Saving Experts complete rough casting and roofing work on my property. The team offered me a great discount for having both jobs done together, which was a big plus.

Their service was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was done to a high standard. What impressed me most was how tidy they left everything—no mess at all!

I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Solar Saving Experts to anyone looking for professional and efficient service.

Solar Saving Experts have given us an excellent service from beginning to finishing the installation. They are a bright, polite and efficient team. Kept us up to date throughout. So helpful every step. Our solar system now ticking away! So thank-you SSE!

I liked this company from the outset. At all stages they acted very professionally, they carried out the follow up survey and then the actual job exactly on the date and time agreed. All work was completed in a very efficient, neat and tidy basis. I have nothing but praise for everyone I dealt with and would recommend Solar Saving Experts to anybody.

Installation of the batteries was efficient and trouble free. The installers did a tidy job and gave us a comprehensive handover. Unfortunately the next few days were extremely dull and we generated almost no electricity! However things evened out eventually and we had enough sunny days to judge the efficiency of the system. We were delighted to discover that on many days we would import little or no electricity. We were also able to use the digital display to analyse our energy usage. Do we really need a fridge, freezer and a fridge/freezer. I think there are more bonuses to come and we are looking forward to changing onto the flexible tariff for cheap overnight electricity.

From start to finish the Solarsavingexperts were excellent.
The team communicated well, arrived on time, and were professional. The work carried out was neat and they tidied up before they left.
I would definitely recommend recommend them to family and friends.

this was all very good re the installation and it all works very nicely,

Fantastic service. Tradesman that were second to none. Highly recommend.

Everyone was friendly and polite, arrived when arranged and explained everything clearly.

Delighted with what was a very professional installation. The system thus far has exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this company
